We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from Times Square and major subway stations. We loved being within walking distance of Times Square, theaters, and shopping. There were also plenty of good restaurants nearby, including a 7eleven, Pret a Manger, Starbucks, and more where we could grab breakfast or a quick snack. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially Jenny at reception who provided a warm welcome and Miss Irestine, a smart young lady who took great care of us. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we felt secure with the hotel entrance closing after 11 pm. Special thanks to the new manager, Mr. Thomas, for his excellent service and attention to detail.
